This policy covers the public CorTable website at cortable.co.uk and cortable.ai, operated by Cortable Limited. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Cookies on this website
The public website and its early-access signup form do not currently set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on these pages. When enabled, website usage measurement sends only a page category and a view or successful-signup count through our server. CorTable combines these into daily totals for PostHog; names, emails, IP addresses, browser details and visitor identifiers are not sent to PostHog for these counts. There are no optional cookies to accept or reject, so we do not display a cookie consent banner.
Signing up for early access
Submitting the form sends your restaurant name, contact name, email, country and optional phone number to CorTable so we can review your request and contact you about onboarding. Technical request information, including your IP address and browser details, may also be recorded for security and handling the request. The Privacy Notice acknowledgement is about this use of your details; it is not cookie consent or permission to send marketing emails.
The restaurant dashboard
Following the Login link takes you to the separate CorTable dashboard. The dashboard uses necessary session cookies to authenticate you and keep your account secure. This public-website policy does not describe every technology used within the dashboard.
Changes and contact
If we introduce cookies or similar technologies on the public website, we will update this policy and provide any consent or objection controls required before using them. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Questions can be sent to hello@cortable.ai.
